Re/Frame problems to uncover solutions workshop with Shri Jambhekar & Mary Grace Whalen

One of the first steps to finding a creative solution is to know the problem. David and Tom Kelly, of IDEO and Stanford D School, in their book Creative Confidence recommend keeping a running list of things that annoy. Rather than being an exercise in negativity it can lead to opportunities. In this workshop you will examine existing apps using the Osborn method to frame or reframe a problem statement and solve for it.

In this workshop, participants will examine a popular trending app or an opportunity of their choosing to frame and reframe a problem statement using the Osborn method and then solve for it. The 1.5-hour workshop includes hands on sketching and group collaboration. Anyone involved in software product design — web designers or developers — will find this workshop helpful and productive
