Critical Care Jerry is a complete emergency room veterinary training manikin. Jerry has the ability to simulate trauma and features jugular and vascular access. Using Critical Care Jerry the students will be able to train airway management, ventilation, intubation, resuscitation, and circulation with external chest compressions. In addition, students will be able to learn how to set and repair common canine fractures using the femoral leg attachment.

Due to the technology received through grant funding an iPad storage cart is needed to properly maintain the iPads. Unfortunately, we were not able to secure grant funding for the storage cart. The cart will have the capability to store and charge up to 30 iPads. The cart is locking.

Currently, the program has a goal to purchase 30 ipads to create a paperless classroom and provide technology for each student enrolled in agricultural education.

Share Woodstown FFA Alumni's 2nd Annual Farmers & Friends Night Out

Event Details

 We invite you to join us for the Woodstown FFA Alumni's 2nd Annual Farmers and Friends Night Out! With the support of the community behind us, we are hoping to raise $10,000 to help fund general chapter activities and bring more technology to the Agricultural Education Program at Woodstown High School. The new Ag Room needs to get a tech boost and we are hoping to gift this to these hard working students.

ABOUT THE EVENT:

The entire event will be a farm to fork theme, meaning our farmer friends grew the feast for this special event. We are proud to offer our area's bounty with you.

Cocktail hour with live music begins at 6:30 on the outdoor patio with appetizers and beverages (tea, lemonade, soda, etc). Drink tickets are available for $7 each or all-you-can-drink wristbands are $25. We will be featuring a local winery Sangria station, in addition to beer and mixed drinks.

Dinner portion to start at 7:30. Buffet meal featuring our local farm fresh ingredients:

Jersey Fresh Garden Salad

Tomato & Cucumber Salad

Pasta Primavera with Fresh Garden Vegetables in a light tomato sauce

Sliced Hunters Sirloin in a demi glaze with roasted vegetables

Green beans in garlic and oil with roasted red peppers

Rosemary white potatoes

Sweet Corn Salad

Assorted Desserts

 

Program will feature Student Awards & Recognition

Live Auction, 50/50, & Raffle (you could enter to win an impressive outdoor grill)

Music/Entertainment with Bob Morgan Entertainment
