The first inauguration of Thomas Woodrow Wilson took place on March 4 in 1913, marking the beginning of his tenure as the 28th President of the United States of America.
In commemoration of this historic centennial anniversary, The Princeton Woodrow Wilson Centennial Committee is hosting a 1913 period-style dinner at the Nassau Club at 6 Mercer Street on Saturday, March 9.
The evening begins with a cocktail toast at 6:30 p.m., followed by the dinner. Guests will be entertained by performances of songs of the era by musical theatre students from Rider University’s Westminster College of the Arts and the Tigertones a cappella singing group from Princeton University.
Tickets to this special event are limited. A special menu is being prepared by the chefs of the Nassau Club -- one that is not to be missed.
