Women’s Leadership Series: Building Your Personal Brand
Friday, October 26, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EDT)
The Frontier Project is hosting a series of leadership workshops for women around personal and professional development. The workshops are an open, creative forum for learning, designed to foster relationships and build a robust community of career-focused women.
Participants will develop and enhance their personal brand and leadership style, cultivate their own leadership presence, and learn how to communicate with confidence and credibility.
Each workshop will be led in the fast-paced, immersive style that has made the Frontier Academy workshops so successful. Participants will not only deepen their understanding of key leadership principles, but they will also engage in reflective practices, blending new insights will real life experiences.
Building Your Personal Brand October 26
We'll spend the day diving into just what a personal brand is. From there, spend time as a group working on who we individually want to be known as and identify the gaps between who we are and the current state of our professional reputations.
Once we understand the gap between reality and our brand, we'll be identifying the assets we already have on our side ranging from our career history, qualifications, and community experience. And focusing on additional assets we can bring together to build a powerful personal brand.
Bringing together our goals with our assets, we work to articulate the brand you really want to be and build a plan to project that to your key audiences.
Hands-on, interactive and focused on delivering to each participant's specific needs, this program is perfect for any business woman seeking to close the gap between reality of their performance and how they are professionally perceived.
