Educate. Empower. Inspire.

"You must do the things you think you cannot do." ~Eleanor Roosevelt

High Rocks is an award-winning leadership program for young women ages 13-25. We work with girls from all walks of life and accept girls from all different tables in the cafeteria. What they have in common is their heart and their deep desire to make the world a better place.

"High Rocks is a place of freedom and acceptance. We are a family, an ultimate support system, but above all we are sisters!" - High Rocks girl

High Rocks programs are provided through the support of grants, private donors, and the support of the community we serve. We do not charge for our programs. We are focused on making our communities stronger, richer, more vibrant places to work and live for all of us.

The dream of High Rocks is that one day it will become self-sustaining. High Rocks girls will grow up to become staff and board members that run High Rocks for the next generation of women. This dream is becoming a reality. We have a number of alums on our board and several have worked as staff and AmeriCorps members.
