Earlier this year I hosted The 2nd Annual Small Business Empowerment Conference featuring 15 speakers to help small business owners connect and learn about techniques and resources designed to help them move their businesses forward to greater profits. The event was so successful that many of the attendees commented that it was one of the best conferences they had ever attended; not just because of the attendance (about 130 people) but because everyone felt very connected to one another. For many attendees it was about the quality of the attendees and not the quantity. I was also pleased to hear that many of the attendees have formed friendships and business relationships after the event which was the whole point. And this got me to thinking about how else I could help business owners who also happened to be women (since 90% of my own clients are also women).
The 1st annual Women of Influence Small Business Conference
What I'm hoping to accomplish with this conference is simple. Based on my business theory of building success thru community, this conference brings together some of the top female business professionals from around the globe to create a networking pipeline thru reciprocal relationships. The speakers chosen for this conference are all at the top of their game sharing their insights on what it means to be a Women of Influence in today's business world. Join us on Oct 25 thru the 27th at San Francisco’s Fort Mason Center for 3 days of smart women sharing the secrets to their success(The response has been so overwhelmingly positive that we decided to turn this into a 3 day event instead of just 2 days). Come for one day or stay for all 3 days and network with other professionals. Want to sell your products/ services at the event? Be sure to rent a table for one low price.
* We will have limited Internet Access. Please let me know if you need Internet Access ahead of time. Ft Mason charges about $20 per line per day (it sucks I know but there it is. )
