In honor of our exemplary membership we will be hosting a “Women in Leadership” panel discussion highlighting four members working in leadership roles within the channel.
Nicole Hayward, WiC board member and vice president of marketing for OnSIP, will moderate the panel discussion. Each of the panelists will share where they have been and where they are headed as women in leadership roles, and what they think the challenges and opportunities are for future generations of women leaders. Speakers are Lori Bonenfant, vice president of channel marketing for corporate, medium and indirect sales, Verizon Enterprise Solutions; Crystal Farley, vice president, channel sales, Windstream; Karin Fields, president and CEO, MicroCorp; and Donna Wenk, senior vice president, agent channel and strategic partnerships, Broadview Networks.
Following the panel discussion, we will hear from Hilary Gadda, WiC board member and director of channel sales for TelePacific Communications and Nancy Ridge, WiC president and vice president of Telecom Brokers. Hilary will share “Dream IT,” a program to encourage young women and women reentering the workforce to choose careers in telecommunications and IT. Nancy will provide an update on WiC along with a glimpse into the organization’s future.
The evening will be emceed by Bita Milanian, WiC board member and senior vice president of marketing communications at GENBAND and Raquel Wiley, channel marketing for TelePacific Communications.

Established in 2010, Women in the Channel’s mission is collaboration through Identity and Relationships to grow business. WiC is a grassroots organization made up of women who are in leadership, ownership and revenue generating roles in the alternate sales channel sector of the telecommunications industry.
