Do you have a bunch of t-shirts that are too big, unflattering or just don't fit right? I know a few of us have a bin of t-shirts from different conferences and events that we can't quite bear to get rid of, but yet, don't enjoy wearing them.
Join Women Host at the Hack Factory for an evening of t-shirt hacking on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, starting at 7pm. This month's hands on activity covers a few ideas of reusing/altering/hacking old t-shirts and make them into something new and fun! We'll have several books and ideas on hand, as well as the basic supplies and trimmings to get the job done — some don't even require sewing skills.
Everyone is encouraged to bring their own t-shirt to participate. Also, feel free to BYOB (not required).
Women Host at the Hack Factory is the last Tuesday of every month. It is a night that is open to all women in our community to demonstrate, share and connect. We believe everyone should have access to our resources and open exchange of information. Future events will continue to be posted here or on the Women Host at The Hack Factory Facebook page - please like us! This event is free of charge and open to the public, thanks to the support of Twin Cities Maker and the Hack Factory.
