Event Details

The wok is an ancient pan used for thousands of years.  Learn the correct way to use this traditional Asian pan as we create fantastic dishes. 

Fried Rice is a quintisential dish, but prepared incorrectly, it can be either hard as pebbles or a mushy mess, so learn how the experts make this dish consistantly.  

Brocolli Beef streches your dollar yet makes your taste buds sing.  We'll show how to keep the brocolli crisp while making sure the beef is cooked thoroughly.

Cashew Chicken can be cooked in a flash and you'll perfect your knife skills with the ingredient prep.

Mapo Tofu needs a delicate touch to make sure it doesn't break into tiny pieces.

Beef Chow Fun is a comfort food that is super easy to make if you know the right technique.  

Cost is $75.  Class starts at 6:30pm.
