This two day nutrition seminar event runs in conjunction with Kendrick Farris Strength CAMP May 21 and 22.
The WOD Life Nutrition Seminars will be held from Noon to 1 pm before the Strenth Camp. If you are attending the camp you can ADD ON the Nutrition Workshops for a small fee of $10 per day or $15 for both. you may attend the nutrition workshops for $15 per day of $25 for both days without attending the Strength Camp.
