Megan Hargroder is passionate about helping startups create social media strategies that work, and empowering them to build an online buzz around their badass brands!  

As the founder of Conversations, Megan is an expert social media strategist and consultant with a background in broadcast journalism, video production and non-profit communications, who works with everyone from big businesses and corporations, all the way down to the under dog small business owner on their social media strategy.

Her latest venture is Social Media Sunday School, that helps businesses boost their impact in less than 5 minutes/week (FOR FREE). 

Justin Shiels, Founder of goINVADE.com


Justin Shiels has always been compelled by the power of words and pictures. His childhood was spent drawing cartoons for friends and voraciously reading by flashlight late into the night.


He is a creative director, graphic designer and blogger whose greatest joy is making things happen. By day, he helps build brands through his boutique design studio Curious Tribe.


He is also the founder of the digital magazine, goINVADE.com, an indispensable cultural reference for the indie, creative, and digitally engaged. He is passionate about creating compelling strategies, design, and content.


Barrie Schwartz, Director of My House NOLA


Barrie Schwartz is the director of My House NOLA. My House NOLA is an event planning organization that focuses on empowering the creative culinary community and bringing unique eating experiences to diners across the city. My House organizes food truck festivals throughout the city, including the recent Dat Truck Wednesday's at Dat Dog, events at Finn McCool's and more.

Barrie previously worked as an employee of La Cocinita Food Truck, served as a Literacy Tutor for America Reads, and worked as a consultant for Good Work Network assessing the feasibility of a Food Truck Courtyard in New Orleans. Barrie is extremely knowledgeable of the current food truck landscape and the greater New Orleans culinary scene.
