Wishing Frankie Well
Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (EDT)
My name is Michael DiMascolo and my good friend Frank Faiola's son has been battling osteosarcoma (bone cancer) since January 1, 2014. Young Frankie is 14 years old and will continue chemotherapy until October. After talking to my friend Frank, I learned that young Frankie's health is the best when his spirits are high. (Click on "Attend Event" for full details about young Frankie's story). I believe attitude is everything, and I thought if we could give young Frankie something to look forward to, his overall outcome would be positive. The goal is to plan something fun for young Frankie, something for him to look forward to after his chemotherapy is completed. Let's help him plan a fun filled trip to celebrate his successful battle over osteosarcoma. Will he be going to Disney or will he be going to Hollywood?! Your generosity will make this happen. Young Frankie had his femur removed and replaced with a cadaver bone. He has not been able to walk since his femur replacement. It has been a long road but with rehab and determination, young Frankie's prognosis will have a positive outcome. Let's keep his spirits up! Please help make this happen by donating to the "Wishing Frankie Well Foundation".
Tickets for the fundraiser are $25, plus a processing fee, but any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
The Event has been moved to October because young Frankie's leg is still healing. I am working with Frank Senior to finalize the the event and it may push further out so that young Frankie is well enough to attend.
Thank you in advance for your generosity.
