This professional development workshop will highlight the experiences of two senior level administrators in the California Community College system and the lessons in networking, politics, and change management they have learned throughout their careers . Additional topics will address student services, instructional services, human resources, and business services from a leadership perspective. Conversations will be driven by participant feedback, activities, and questions submitted to the presenters prior to the day of the event.
