Wisdom 2.0 Community Intensive: Coaching & Business Culture
October 27th, 2014
Silicon Valley, CA
As our annual Wisdom 2.0 conference gets larger every year, we have decided to introduce more intimate and focused events during the year.
The Coaching & Business Culture Intensive is a day-long event in Silicon Valley directed to Coaches and HR leaders interested in developing thriving business cultures.
More companies are realizing that the culture inside a business deeply impacts the products and services that come out of that company. When staff do not feel engaged, they are less likely to give their best. In other words, what is true on the inside impacts what happens on the outside.
Companies are seeing the need to focus not only the products and services they offer, but also inwardly on the quaility of the work experience. Increasingly, company's HR and L&D leaders are partnering with consultants and coaches to better serve and address the needs of staff, and create thriving company cultures.
This day-long event explores this partnership -- how companies are developing innovative work environments, and what is the role of coaching and consultants in this effort?
Half the day will be focused talks and conversations, highlighting leading efforts in the Bay area from companies, including heads of HR and L&D Leaders and Coaches working in this area. The other half of the day will consist of small group dialogues, where people have a chance to meet and connect with others, and share personal and business lessons along this topic. Attendees will have a chance to continue the conversations at a party following the event.
A full list of speakers will be announced soon, and currently include the head of coaching at Facebook, and the head of Transformational Learning at LinkedIn. See registration options below.
