If you need to cancel for any reason you must notify us by April 11th, 2012, for a refund. There is a $150 processing fee for tickets cancelled. Cancellations must be in writing, by fax, email or postal mail. Email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
You can transfer your ticket to someone else at no charge but you must do so by April 25th, 2012 by informing us via email at email@example.com. We cannot change ticket holders names after that date. Attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee.
We cannot issue partial-refunds or support partial-ticket-swaps of any kind.
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, we will refund all tickets. We will not, however, be able to refund flight, hotel, or other purchases people may make. All speakers are confirmed. However, some times life events such as sickness or death in the family prevent them from making it at the last minute.
