Snow on the ground? Check. Freezing nights? Yep. How about some rich hearty cheese smothered in garlic and wine? Hot glass of mulled red wine? No? Well, here's you're chance. Winter is the best time to enjoy the heartier things in life, and wine and cheese are certainly front and center on that list. Join cheese & wine nerd Adam to taste amazing cheeses built for the cold weather. Swiss raclette, French Gruyere, Italian mountain pecorinos - all perfect for warming you up. Of course, amazing wines will be served to chase away the chills!
