2:05- Walking Warm Up
2:15- Acceleration Specific Warm Up Drills
2:30pm- Acceleration Drills
3:00pm- Max Speed Warm Up Drills
3:20pm- Max Speed Drills
3:40pm- Core Exercises for Speed
3:55pm- Closing Thoughts
This camp will address everything dealing with speed including how to warm up for different sessions, drills and activities specific to acceleration, max speed, sports specific speed, and speed endurance, what to do on days between speed sessions, how to plan and organize training, and strengthening exercises that will enhance an athletes speed. This course is great for coaches and athletes from all sports!
*Groups will be broken up by age to ensure athletes remain at the appropriate skill level.
What to wear: Wear athletic clothes and shoes, you can bring track spikes but they are not necessary.
THE CAMP WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE. WE WILL MOVE INSIDE IN THE CASE OF INCLIMATE WEATHER!!!
