WINE TASTING: REISLINGS, THEY’RE NOT ALL SWEET!
Wine Pairing with Deb Mortillaro of Dreadnought Wines
Friday, April 12, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Must be 21 years of age. Photo ID required.
Rieslings are grown in many parts of the world and are greatly misunderstood. We’ll compare Reislings from Germany, New York and Oregon, which demonstrate a distinction between fruity and sweet — and not so sweet. A very food friendly wine (as you’ll discover when we serve our selections with some chef-prepared small bites), you’ll want to stock up on this supper sipper for spring and summer! $35
COST OF SIX 2 OZ. POURS OF WINE INCLUDED IN TOTAL CLASS PRICE
If you prefer to pay with cash or gift cards, please visit the Cooking School upstairs at the Robinson Market District. The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers.
