Pinot Noir Study: as Taught by Four of California’s Most Celebrated Producers - 9:30am to 10:30am
Walk through the vineyards and delve into the minds of Thomas Brown (Rivers-Marie & Aston), Steve Clifton (Brewer-Clifton), Jim Clendenen (Au Bon Climat), and Paul Lato (Paul Lato Wines), as you sip on some of the most awe-inspiring Pinot Noirs on the planet!

Join master sommeliers Roberto Viernes, Richard Betts, and Joseph Spellman as they lead a panel discussion with four amazing winemakers on their approach to this one noble grape. Seating limited to 50 guests.

That they are “tasteless, colorless, and odorless?” Well join Tony Abou-Ganim, The Modern Mixologist and author of “Vodka Distilled” to gain a deeper understanding of America’s most consumed spirit. Discover the subtle nuances that distinguish a rye based vodka form one distilled from corn. Learn how different potato vodka is from those produced from grain or grape. Which vodka works best in a Bloody Mary, Cosmopolitan or simply straight up with a twist of lemon? This is sure to an educational aswell as entertaining journey into the wonderful world of vodka!
