Join us for an hour of pilates with the Wine Goddess's own Mallory Thompson, then enjoy a well-earned glass of wine with the Wine Goddesses. Mallory will engage us in a series of exercises to return the body to its ideal alignments, resulting in a strong, resilient, healthy spine. You'll focus on functional movement, breathing, and building an awareness of your body in daily life. Please bring a thick exercise mat or 2 yoga mats for rolling exercises. Anyone with acute or disc injuries should not participate in an open-level mat class without consent from a doctor or PT.
