This class is a great confidence builder all around the topic of pairing wine with food. Wine and cheese are a super easy match, and once you master that in just two hours, you're off!
We'll pair up creamy brie, crunchy aged Gouda, and tangy blues with lots of great wines. You'll learn about the spectrum of wine and the spectrum of cheese and other strategies for making great matches.
