Event Details

One of our specialties here at the Boston Wine School is helping beginners get comfortable and confident with wine. In just two hours, you'll learn how to taste wine - our famous "Seven S" system of wine tasting - and how to understand the spectrum of wine, from light bright Sauvignon Blanc to inky dark Cabernet Sauvignon. Best of all, you'll learn about yourself - what you like and don't like and how to talk about it - and we'll learn about each other while sampling a delicious range of wines.

Here's how this "Pay Your Age" wine class works: just buy your ticket for $21 in advance, and pay the difference at the door when you sign in. If you love wine, you owe it to yourself to learn more about what you love and why.

Organizer

Boston Wine School

A lot of people have never been to a Boston Wine School class before, so let me tell you what to expect.

First of all, we are a guaranteed 100% snob-free zone. No matter who you are. No matter how much you know about wine. We know how to make wine interesting and interactive for everyone.

Classes are small — usually 15 students max — and usually start with sparkling wine, then bread, cheese, olives and antipasto. Expect to taste 6-8 specially selected wines. Weekend classes include dinner, featuring vegetarian options.

Have a great class!
