The course takes you through the Seven-Step Seller Service Cycle, emphasizing the models, systems, and techniques proven by top agents. Whether you’re a solo agent or a team, you’ll learn how to maximize conversion of seller leads to appointments, how to close those appointments for listings, and how to market and service listings that close and yield extremely satisfied customers that bring you future business.

Objectives:

  • Understand and apply the mindset and best practices top listing agents employ to thrive.
  • Learn to convert your seller leads to appointments, and appointments to listings that sell.
  • Identify DISC profiles so you can communicate with your seller in the way they best understand.
  • Learn the top seller objections, master scripts top agents use to handle them, and learn how to eliminate these objections in your business.
  • Learn to use the many tools in the course toolkit to build a winning listing business by creating clients for life.

  • Agents that consistently work 16 plus transactions per year, or have been in business for two years or more.
