Willow Creek Global Leadership Summit

At DEFENDER, our only sustaining legacy is developing leaders. In that cause, the Faith Council of DEFENDER is once again providing a limited number of tickets to the Willow Creek Global Leadership Summit on August 14 & 15, hosted at Grace Church in Noblesville.
The Global Leadership Summit is a two-day, world-class leadership event experienced by more than 170,000 leaders around the world, representing more than 14,000 churches. It's telecast LIVE from Willow's campus (near Chicago).
Bill Hybels, Senior Pastor of Willow Creek Church and Chairman of the Board of the Willow Creek Association, recently offered this challenge: "It comes down to whether or not you want to give God, your fellow leaders, and the cause you lead, the absolute best leadership you're capable of giving Him." Join us as we all strive to provide the absolute best leadership we are capable of to those we lead.

DEFENDER Cancellation Policy:
In the event an employee is unable to attend a scheduled Defender Training or Special Event, the L&D Team must be notified in advance of the scheduled event. A 30-day notification is required for those events requiring air travel. For example: Ed Foreman, Superstar Trip, Annual Convention, Homes of Hope, etc. A 10-day notification is required for all other events. The notification deadline for Homes of Hope is dependent upon when the airline’s deadline is.
If notification is not provided or if an employee or guest fails to attend a pre-registered event, the employee is financially responsible to reimburse Defender for up to 100% of the individual participation cost of the event. In addition, if air travel has been secured and an employee cancels or fails to show for a scheduled event, the employee is responsible for either the transfer costs of the airfare, if possible, or up to 100% of the ticket cost. Repayment by the employee will occur via payroll deduction(s), with installment options determined by the finance department.
All exceptions to this policy will require BIT approval.
