Is there other charges or fees when I get there?
Your arena ticket gets you General Admission seating in the Main Arena. PARKING IS FREE for this event. If you would like to go to the Dinner and Concert with Vince Gill which takes place after the Arena show at 7:00pm in the Equestrian banquet room.If you purchased tickets for the Dinner and Concert, your admisson to the Arena show is included. Please purchase your tickets here. Dinner and Concert tickets INCLUDE the Arena show.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
For this event we do not allow pets, only service dogs are allowed with credentials; no coolers or alcoholic beverages; videotaping is prohibited without written permission from the producer and Equine Extremist, No cell phone videos or streaming - please just come and enjoy the show, photos are allowed for private use only.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You will need your printed ticket to gain admission to the event. Each ticket has a unique number and will be scanned upon arrival. Do not photocopy or reproduce your ticket. For anyone arriving with a ticket which has already been scanned in , will not be allowed into the event with the duplicate ticket. A scanned ticket is considered used and not able for additional entry. If you have Dinner and Concert tickets, show them at the Arena entrance for admission to the Arena show.
What is the refund policy?
Sorry, we do not offer refunds once purchased, but tickets can be used by anyone, just make sure that a Child/Senior ticket needs to be used by a child under 13 and Senior over 60. Children 2 and under are FREE. General Admission is for all adults. 13 to 59.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We use the unique number of the ticket NOT the name on the ticket.
Is there special seating for wheelchairs or disabled persons?
Yes, the Equestrian Center has handicap parking next to the entrance gate and a special area in the center of the arena for wheelchairs. If you bring you own seat you can sit in the section as well.
Will there be tickets available at the door?
Yes, You can purchase tickets starting at 5pm at the entrance to the arena on the day of the show. The ticket prices will be $15 for Adult and $10 for child/senior. Millitary/Veterans and their immediate family are FREE. Just show your military ID at the ticket booth. Visa/MC and Cash accepted.
