Willamette Week's Oregon Beer Awards

Willamette Week found it strange that, in a state where the craft beer scene attracts, delights, and dominates, there was no proper awards ceremony to laud our favorite brews. We're taking care of that problem. WW is proud to announce the inaugural Oregon Beer Awards.

Two days before Willamette Week's Beer Guide release, we'll gather at the Doug Fir as a beer-loving community to acknowledge oustanding breweries and beers alike, in the following 15 categories:

Best "Other" Beer (herbed, spiced, fruit, vegetable, chocolate, coffee, or other flavor)

Please join us in celebrating our Gold, Silver and Bronze award recipients in each category, as well as Willamette Week's Top Ten Beers of the Year, at the state's first ever Oregon Beer Awards. You'll be able to taste many of the winning beers, and get your hands on an early copy of WW's Beer Guide.
