H.E.R.O. Dream Team has partnered with the Lovejoy Wildcats to host its first annual spring break football camp. The camp will focus on leadership, skill, speed, and agility development. When/Where can I registered my child ?
Registration will begin February 3, 2014 and continue through March 23, 2014. There's a discount for those who register early! You can register by going to www.traintowin.eventbrite.com
When does the camp begin?
This is a 5 day camp that will begin on Monday April 7, 2014 and conclude on Friday April 11, 2014. The camp hours are from 8am-5pm during those days.
Is there early dropoff/late pickup?
Yes. Early dropoff start at 7am and late pickup is no later than 6pm.
What happens if I don't pick up my child by late pickup cutoff?
For the safety and security of your child please pick up no later than 6pm. If not the proper authorities will be called to provide safety and shelter for your child.
Is there an age/grade restriction?
Yes. The camp is limited to age youth in grade levels 1st-8th grade. However if you feel your child's mechanics are skilled enough to attend if younger then register. No high school participates permitted.
What will the day consist of?
The day will consist of speed, agility, and skills training. The day will be divided with morning workouts and afternoon workouts with several breaks throughout the day. All attendees are required to bring study materials to study, read, etc. during long breaks. Character, Academics, Athletics, and Exposure is our focus.
What do I need to bring the first day of check-in?
Upon registration we will e-mail you our camp disclaimer, medical insurance acknowledgement form, and pick-up authorization form. Please have all these documents completed along with a print out of your ticket on the day of check-in. All documents will be filed for our records.
Are meals and snacks provided?
You must feed your child breakfast. However we will provide lunch and a snack. If your child has eating restrictions we encourage you to pack a lunch. A lunch menu will be provided day of check-in for the week.
How experienced is the staff?
Our staff is highly creditable and experienced. Our coaches have coached and played at every level of competition and bring decades of experience and passion to the game.
Will there be emergency support at camp?
There will be medical support everyday of the week on the field during every workout.
What is the refund policy?
You are permitted a refund before sales end on April 5, 2014 at 11:30pm. After April 5, 2014 at 11:30pm no refunds will be honored. There is cost associated with providing excellent services and all our sales will contribute to covering that cost. H.E.R.O. Dream Team is a not for profit organization and funds earned will go towards promoting our organizations mission.
