During this class we will learn about the wild mushrooms restaurants might have on their menus here in our Bay Area: what they are; where they are picked; and even where you might be able to find them. We will do hands on prepping and cooking of several different species and put them into various dishes that you can prepare at home. “Mycochef” Patrick Hamilton will also discuss just about anything you’d like to know about the world of wild mushrooms.
