This session is an information session to introduce the NorthSky Peer Learning Circle (PLC) for Executive Directors to individuals who may be interested in the program. The program is based on the belief that the success of nonprofits begins with recognizing common goals and challenges, building strong connections with others who share these same goals and challenges, and creating support systems for collaborative thinking and learning.
If you are interested in learning more about the program and how you might benefit from a peer learning circle, join us for this information session. Registration is required. This program is restricted to current executive directors with a minimum of one year's professional experience as an executive director.

NorthSky is a nonprofit program of Rotary Charities of Traverse City that assists northern Michigan nonprofit organizations strengthen their capabilities through capacity building and sustainability support. It provides a wide range of services and resources to help nonprofit organizations deliver programs effectively and efficiently. NorthSky also serves as a conduit for new resources securing state and national support and partnerships to bring technical and financial resources home to nonprofits and social enterprises in this region. As part of Rotary Charities’ mission, NorthSky also serves in leadership roles, participating and facilitating regional initiatives.
