Why a Selling System? with Denise Sherwood - February 2014
Tuesday, February 25, 2014 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM (EST)
Grand Rapids, MI
GROWth Stage Workshop
In the early stages of a business, owners typically focus their energy, time and resources on building an infrastructure that included systems for accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, advertising, marketing, human resources and customer service. As the demands and opportunities increase, the owner begins to concentrate on consistent revenue-generating activities and expansion of the sales pipeline. However, we find many organizations do not have a viable “sales system”.
A “systematic” method or way of selling empowers the sales person (or business owner) to take control of the sales process. We cannot imagine running an organization without an accounting system. Why not a defined sales system?
In 50 minutes, we will focus on the buyer-seller dance and the buyer system. Discuss the elements of an effective and efficient selling system for your business.
