FOOD CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN UNEXPECTED WAYS.
What if you could increase your energy, sleep better, improve athletic performance, and lose weight--permanently?
What if you could break the unhealthy cycle of food cravings, indulgence, and guilt--forever?
What if you could stop dieting and start living a healthier lifestyle--effortlessly, without feeling like you are missing out on anything?
And what if you could eliminate the symptoms of your medical condition--just by changing the food you put on your plate?
"The Whole9 Nutrition Seminar is one of the best classes I have attended on nutrition--ever." -Dr. Daniel Kalish, founder, The Kalish Method
THE AUTHORS OF IT STARTS WITH FOOD WILL SHOW YOU HOW.
Join Dallas and Melissa Hartwig, founders of Whole9 and the creators of the original Whole30® Program for an interactive, un-complicated, fun (really!) seminar designed to teach you everything you need to know about creating a life-long, healthy relationship with food (and say "no" to diets forever).
In a 2011 survey of more than 2,000 Whole9 nutrition plan followers, more than 95% lost weight or improved body composition...without ever thinking about weight loss!

“I have been a lifelong acute asthmatic. Hundreds of ER visits, hospitalizations and so forth. I would normally have to take 4-5 control medications, and my inhaler multiple times a day. Since I began the Whole30 on October 4 It is something miraculous to feel life as you have never known it.” Andrea B., Minneapolis, MN
Workshops run from 9 AM - 4 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Some events are catered (for a small fee); for the rest we encourage you to bring your own lunch and spend your break socializing with the presenters and your fellow attendees.
With your registration fee, you'll also receive a packet full of resources, recipes, meal planning tools, and special discounts. We'll also give you samples of some Whole30® Approved products we love!
With the Whole30, I was able to identify and eliminate which foods were causing me so much trouble. I lost weight in areas of my body that were difficult for years to shed. I can wear the jeans that I hid away 3 years ago! The Whole30 is a lifestyle for me now – I feel like I have finally found a program that works." -Catherine H., Albuquerque, NM
