Event Details

Calling all kids, teens and parents: join us for a 3 hour Community service project to clean up Rock Creek trail. Volunteers will receive lunch and a $50 Whole Foods Gift Card will be given away to the fastest trash collector. Below, please find a volunteer job discription and list of items that can be helpful on the day of our project!

The whole family is welcome!  Lets get together and make new friends for a fun filled morning! Lunch will be  served. We will offer a build-your-own salad bar with all the fixings. Celebrate healthy eating and a healthy community in support of the Whole Kids Foundation.

Volunteer Job Discription:

  • Cleaning up the Rock Creek Trail of all trash

Supplies to bring if you have them:

  • gardening gloves

What to Wear:

  • shorts or pants
  • tee shirts
  • sunscreen
  • hat
  • sunglasses
  • layers it it's a clody day

Snacks and hydration:

  • Please bring water bottle and water
  • sncaks if needed
  • football,soccer ball or anything fun to share

Volunteer Slips:

We ask that each volunteer bring a signed copy for themselves and any children, to our project so that we can all stay safe. The form will be available on-site and can also be e-mailed to you at your request.

What are my transport/ parking options for getting to the event?

Please park in the Community Park parking lot ; we encourage car pooling and biking in!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can if you like but save a tree! We will have a check in list!
