Whole Beast Supper Club Presents a 5 course pork tasting dinner at La Victoria in the Mission.
Seatings will be at 6:30 and 9:00 pm

Beet Salad with Pork Shoulder Croutons
beets, frisee, chevre frais, cara cara oranges, shoulder croutons, beet vinaigrette

Seared and Roasted Loin
sun choke puree, beet greens, pear brandy jus
Kabocha Squash Tart
seed brittle, candied bacon ice cream
this dinner will be BYOB for alcohol. Feel free to bring the beverage of your choice, our staff will be happy to open and pour for you. Don't forget your smile!
