Who Dat? staring back at YOU..
Saturday, January 18, 2014 from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM (CST)
Sistas, you are invited to take a good look at yo'self!
You are a reflection of yourself,
staring back at you in real time.
Pre-registration is required. Registration closes January 16, 5pm.
Who Dat? staring back at you is a one-day group experience that uses the lenses of self-reflection, observation and imagination to connect deeper to your truths, authenticity, goals...and to diminish any sense of lack.
Through the exploration of trust, expectations, mindfulness, collaboration and reflection, you will be supported in discovering your own critical elements of change. You will trade confusion for clarity as we integrate our lives with more meaning and purpose.
You will leave this group experience with focused energy, clearer intentions for 2014 (and beyond), and a draft of a realistic and manageable plan to bring these intentions into fruition.
THEME: 2014 = Reflection & Analysis
NOTE: In the spirit of being communal, sisterly fellowship and to keep the registration fee low, I ask that you bring a snack to share with others. Also, bring a pillow or blanket to sit on the floor comfortably. Most importantly, I ask that you come open to experience the process.
