Join me for this dynamic redefinition of balance, spatial intelligence, and precision. Smooth your transitions and flow between static poses and rapid ranges of motion. Connect with your breath to use it as a force of power, focus and timing. We'll warm up with partner stretches and continue solo style through vigorous rolling vinyasas, balances and inversions to help you break barriers in your yoga and athletic practices. This blend of traditional Yoga, Slackro (acrobatics for slackliners), AcroYoga Mtl. and Tai Chi elements will enhance your athletic performance. You are going to have fun, and you will most likely sweat. Fuel up earlier and be ready to roll. We'll have some informal play time after for socializing and Q&A.
