Our expert panel will explore the catalytic, mission-driven, and customer satisfaction-oriented concepts that Ted Gaebler and other leaders have put into practice over the last two decades to improve government effectiveness.
Can performance-based metrics and benchmarks spur innovation in the public sector? Where are the current signs of optimism and change in local, state, and federal governments?
