What's Coming for Del Monte Building
The Del Monte building on Buena Vista and Sherman Avenues is the latest location scheduled for redevelopment. Tim Lewis Communities purchased this property and have plans for a mixed-use community with a variety of home styles and retail space.
Originally a warehouse of 1,000 feet long and 240 feet wide, this brick and timber building is an historic Alameda landmark with a location along the Oakland-Alameda Estuary and across the street from Littlejohn Park.
Come join us to see the visual plans for the building and outdoor spaces. Then stay to hear an overview of Tim Lewis' vision for the location, use of the space, a rough timeline, and more. This is a rare opportunity to meet with the a representative of the developer and ask your questions and provide your comments.
