Event Details

Join UnSectored and the American University College of Law to discuss the legal landscape of social enterprise. Among legislators, there has been a lot of interest lately in creating new legal structures to accommodate or foster “social enterprises”. Both DC and Maryland recently passed benefit corporation legislation, and we will use these two laws as a foundation for our discussion.

Learn more about UnSectored Talks, an event series to openly discuss issues related to social change, on our website

The event will be at PunchRock, DC's collaborative community for social entrepreneurs.
