No one truly appreciates the infrastructure for water until it stops moving when a water main breaks. How the Louisville Water Company moves water from its tap to yours is as fascinating as it gets.
Join IF University and the Louisville Water Company at the new WaterWorks Museum for an interesting look at the pipes, people, and planning that delivers Louisville pure tap. Until they don't. Yes, we'll talk about that too! Learn more about the history and problem-solving behind some of the major water main breaks in recent history. Take a break from your morning routine to learn more about infrastructure and moving water.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The course fee includes admission to the WaterWorks Museum.
