Westlake Class of 96: Reunion
Below is the tentative outline of events/activities based on the proposed Homecoming weekend of October 8, 2016. Upon receipt of the deposit, I will begin preparing décor/event themes. A fun idea would be “I Love the 90’s”. If you have other ideas, please forward to LBinnovations@aol.com under the subject line: WESTLAKE.
Reunion Banquet Price: $70/person
A deposit of $25 per person (based on a minimum of 100, maximum of 125 guests) is required ASAP to reserve the venue. If the homecoming date happens to change, we will be able to change the venue date as well. Centerpieces/Decor will be provided by venue.
Menu: TO BE DETERMINED
Hilton Garden Inn located at 10385 O'Donnell Place, Waldorf, Maryland, 20603. Current Rate of $113/night. There are other hotels in the area with lower rates and a different quality of service. The Hilton Gardenn Inn was selected because it offers the lobby/bar area and it is in the center of shopping and restaraunts. The Hilton is also directly across from Grille 13, the meet and Greet Host.
October 7, 2016 3pm-6pm–Check-in for out of town guests.
October 7, 2016 3pm-6pm- Meet and Greet for everyone at Grille 13 173 St Patricks Dr, Waldorf, MD 20603. Venue is listed, however purchases made at the bar/restaraunt are on your own.
October 7, 2016 7pm-9pm- Game at Lackey High School. Purchase tickets at school.
October 8, 2016- 7pm-11:00pm Class of 96, 20 year Reunion Banquet- 2 entrée Buffet. All c/o 96 members asked to forward photos or memorabilia in advance for a slide show or presentation. Commemorative Reunion Gift for each attendee. Cost is a $70/person and based on a minimum of 100 guests (covers everything listed plus all taxes, service fees, gratuity and event insurance). $25 deposit and then balance due by August 15. Your deposit is your agreement to attend and/or pay the balance due as required by the contract that will be initiatied on your behalf by LB Innovations, Middleton Hall, any DJ and Photography services for this specific event.
To pay by check or money order, please make payments to LB Innovations P.O. Box 2592 Waldorf, MD 20604. There is a $30 returned check fee plus any applicable or subsequent fees associated with the check.
