“The fierce urgency of NOW.”
Our celebration also features the annual Fouse and Alston Awards, which

Imagine a network of well-informed, committed and involved citizens working together to advance Westerville. That's the vision behind Leadership Westerville, a nine-month community leadership development program.
The Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Westerville, Westerville City Schools, Otterbein College and the Westerville Public Library are working in partnership to offer the program. From it will come a dedicated group of civic leaders who understand key issues facing the community. Each will be committed to cultivating the city's future through personal involvement and a willingness to serve.
The core values of respect, responsibility, attitude, honesty, fairness, caring, reliability, trust, loyalty, tolerance, and citizenship will drive all the work we do together.
