Your badge will be availalble at the registration desk starting Monday morning at 9:00am on the first floor of the Landmark theater.
What are my parking options getting to the event?
Parking is easy for WESTDOC this year. The parking structure located on the Southwest corner of Pico and Westwood Blvd is attached to our venue. Park your car and walk through the parking structure to the escalators to the Landmark Theater. The parking is only $3.00 per day with WESTDOC validation.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, if you contact us by September 1st, 2013 and advise your registration details, the transfee's name and contact details. Please inform us before the event by phone or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unable to attend WESTDOC 2013, we require notice in writing on or before August 15th, 2013. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund or credit. All cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee.
