What are the times of the two programs?
The John L. Weinberg Distinguished Speaker Series will begin at 9:00 am.
The Panel will begin at 10:00 am and go until 12:00 pm.
Will Delaware CLE be offered?
Delaware CLE will be offered for the Panel portion of the program only.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Shuttles from the Wilmington, DE train station: Complimentary shuttles are being provided to take attendees from the train station to Gore Recital Hall. The shuttles will be meeting the following trains:
- From Washington, D.C. - Acela Train No. 2154. Leaving at 6;55 am and arriving at 8:16 am
- From New York City - Acela Train No. 2107. Leaving at 7:00 am and arriving at 8:34 am
Shuttles after the Program: Complimentary shuttles will be provided after the lunch to the Wilmington, DE train station.
Parking: General Public parking is recommended in the CFA Parking Garage between Elkton Road and Amstel Ave. (GPS address - 79 Amstel Avenue, Newark, DE 19716). Parking Price: The parking charge for the CFA Parking Garage is $2.00 per hour.
What is the dress for the event?
The dress is business casual.

John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance
The John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance was established in 2000 and is part of the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. It is one of the longest-standing corporate governance centers in academia, and the first and only corporate governance center in the State of Delaware, the legal home for a majority of the nation's public corporations. The Center's mission is to provide a forum for business leaders, members of corporate boards, shareholders, the judiciary, the legal community, academics, students and others interested in corporate governance issues to interact, learn and teach, with the goal of positively impacting and improving the field of corporate governance. Center programs, publications and academic research have helped to shape and influence numerous corporate governance debates and developments on a national and international level.
