This class is for everyone who feels body chronic tension/pain in your body and you're looking for an alternative to stretching, yoga, pilates, strength-training, etc.
You will lie on the floor and be lead through a series of very gentle movement patterns designed to release chronic tension around the somatic center of the body ("the core") in a systematic way.
This class has helped people with back pain, sciatica, knee pain, hip pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder, etc.
Most muscle tension in the body is held by your brain. You'll learn how to take back control and reset muscle tension levels so that you're more comfortable in your everyday life.
Wear clothing you can move in comfortably. Yoga mats are provided. You might want to bring your own towel/blanket to place on top.

Every month, there is at least one introductory class for those who have never tried Hanna Somatics before.
