Bummer! Sales have ended.
Unfortunately, tickets for this event are no longer on sale.
We're going to have regular weekly worknights to make improvements to the space, fix tools, clean, organize, discuss issues and work on adminstratve tasks. EVERYONE is welcome to help us, although you will have to sign a liability waiver.
You won't need a ticket, but we'd appreciate it if you'll sign-up so we'll know rought how many people to expect.
Here are some things we may be working on this week:
- Building workbenches
- Installiing security cameras if they've arrived
- Cleaning, checking and tuning-up some of the tools
- Buying wood and some other things at nearby stores
- Searching online and calling about woodworking tools that are for sale
- Planning classes and events
- Working on the website, etc.
Although this is a worknight, you're welcome to just come by and see the space and meet some of us.
In case you haven't heard, our furnance hasn't been working. The maintenance man says a new one will probably be installed this week, but I can't promise it will be ready by Wednesday. So it could be chilly in the space.
We also don't have many small hand tools there yet or things like nails, screws, cleaning supplies, etc. So please bring some along if you can.
I can't promise it, but we're probably going to order pizza and put out a donation jar to help pay for it. It would be greatly appreciated it if you can bring and donate some soda, bottled water or other beverages so we have something to drink.
Please call (five eight five) 210-0075 if you have any questions.
