He will touch on what seems to work, what doesn’t, best practices as wells as capabilities being used and not used. Some items covered will include work breakdown structure, naming conventions, tasks vs. action items, issues, decisions, risks, Project vs. Excel, estimating work and duration, resources, dependencies, scheduling and weekly status data gathering.
