Dale’s lively presentation may include any or all of the following topics: Add the word Cancelled to the right of the Gantt bar for a cancelled task, Apply conditional cell background formatting for new tasks added through change control, Create a custom Group to display the project name and WBS in the Resource Usage view of a master project, Add the Indent Name command to the Quick Access Toolbar to show/hide outlining in the project, and When lowering the Max. Units Value for a resource, rapidly reset the Assignment Units value for a resource. All of these topics apply to both the 2010 and 2013 versions of Microsoft Project.
As a special bonus, Dale will demonstrate how to effectively use some of the new features in Microsoft Project 2013, including the new filters, the new Task Path feature, and the new functionality of the Inactivate Task feature.
