About the Presenter:
Author of Full Time & Sub-Nine: Fitting Iron Distance Training into Everyday Life, David Glover dabbles extensively in endurance sports as an elite triathlete, coach, writer and race director. Through his company, ENDURANCEWORKS, LLC, David has helped hundreds of individuals through coaching, seminars, clinics and eBooks. As an athlete, he has completed 26 Ironman-distance races including 5 overall wins and an 8:51 PR at the distance. In 2007, he was inducted into the Vineman Hall of Fame.
