It is such an accomplishment when people lose weight after a prescribed nutrition and exercise program. But what happens once that regimen ends? How can those results be maintained and enveloped into one's lifestyle? This webinar will discuss the rebound effect after weight loss and how to help clients prevent gaining the weight back.

Sonja Goedkoop,RD, MSPH, LDN, is a registered dietitian who specializes in weight management, wellness, and physical activity. Sonja currently counsels patients both individually and in group settings as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team specializing in weight management. Sonja has a passion for empowering others to achieve a healthy lifestyle through evidence-based nutrition communication, research, and public health.

How to Register/Attend:
  1. Complete the Webinar Pre-Registration Form above. You will then receive an email from EventBrite confirming that you registered for this webcast.
  2. One week prior to the event, you will receive an email from GoToWestcast with your personal login to the webcast. Please check your spam folder, as it is possible the email may be filtered into your spam/junk folder.
