Beginning in 2016 the Employer Shared Responsibility provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires that large employers report information to federal agencies about minimum essential coverage offered to their employees including employee specific data and coverage status by month. In this webinar we will discuss how large employers can prepare to be compliant by January 2015 and beyond. We will also discuss employer notifications to employees concerning health coverage options and other required notices concerning employer provided health coverage.
